Account
Sign in and login methods
One User, as many ways in as you need. Connecting Google never makes a second account.
Your style guides, Closet, billing, and Share link belong to one User. A login method is just how you get in — email and password, Google, Apple, or Facebook. You can have several. Connecting another one never creates a second User.
Primary email
The address on the account is the primary email. That's the mailbox we use, the address for password sign-in, and the address for password reset.
A Google, Apple, or Facebook inbox isn't a second email unless it is that primary address.
You'll verify that mailbox after sign-up. Until you do, we'll send you to verify before the rest of the app opens.
Connect another login
From Profile, connect Google, Apple, or Facebook. Same-email Google on the sign-in page can also attach to an existing User — you signed up with email, later you tap Google with that same inbox, and you land on the same account.
Connecting a Google (or Apple, or Facebook) that already belongs to a different User is refused. We won't silently switch you.
You can disconnect a login method only when another one remains, so you can't lock yourself out.
Password
If you signed up with Google only, you can set a password on the primary email from Profile. That doesn't change the mailbox.
Forgot the password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page. It emails the primary email.
Two accounts
If you signed in with a personal Gmail and later created a second User with the studio address, those are two Users. We don't merge them. Style guides, Polar, Closet, and referrals can't fuse safely.
Email us and we'll help you pick which User to keep and how to move forward.
Changing the primary email isn't self-serve yet. Email us if you need that.
