# What your client sees

The page you publish *is* the brief. Your client opens the link on their phone — in the grocery line, on the couch, wherever. They don't sign in. They don't need a Shutterstyle account.

## The page

At the top they see your business name and logo if you added them on Profile. Then the Palette — those five colors — and the outfits. If you've added a website or Instagram, those show too.

Your internal guide name and the client name field never appear here. This page is the studio talking to the family, not your filing system.

You choose the layout on Review & share, before you publish. They see whichever you picked. They can't switch it.

*Look is the mixed grid. By person stacks Mom, Dad, and the kids with their pieces in a row.*

Look is one mixed grid in the order you dragged. By person stacks each Person as a heading, with their pieces in a horizontal row. Change your mind later; republishing isn't required — the layout is live on the public page as soon as you save it.

## Shopping

Every Catalog piece is a live link. Tap the photo and it opens the merchant page so they can buy that exact item. Brand and price sit on the tile when we have them.

Pieces from your [Client Closet](/help/closet-and-catalog) aren't shop links. They say "From closet" — wardrobe you already have for them, or that they already own.

*Catalog pieces shop. Closet pieces don't — the family already has them, or you're bringing them.*

If a Catalog piece is [Unavailable](/help/unavailable-items), they still see it, with an Unavailable badge. Swap it on your side if you'd rather they not hunt a dead link.

## Your name on it

On Free, a Shutterstyle banner sits at the top of the page.

On Pro — and for the whole 14-day trial — your branding takes over. Shutterstyle becomes a small footer. Add your logo, business name, website, and socials on Profile so the guide looks like it came from the studio.

## The link

The URL is created the first time you publish, then it stays put. Unpublish and the page stops working for anyone who has the link. Publish again and the same URL comes back.

Copy it, text it, or email it from Review & share. The email can carry a short personal note. Send it 10–14 days before the session so they have time to order and try on.

Preview as your client from Review & share if you want to see the page without your edit controls before you send it.
